QI Balance Spa is amazing! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and relaxing. The staff was welcoming, professional, and really listened to what I needed. The massage was one of the best I’ve had — perfect pressure, super attentive, and I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely stress-free. I booked a deep tissue massage and got a "rub" instead. No deep tissue work at all. Instead, the woman working on me just rubbed one area of my body after another. No muscle release, no stretching, no working of any knots. Just rubbing. At first I thought that this was just her way of doing a warm up in preparation for starting the actual deep tissue work. Nope. Rubbing was it. There was no inquiry as to any particular sore spots I wanted focus on. No inquiry of any health problems I might have had which would affect my getting a massage. Nothing at all like that. And certainly nothing like an actual massage session would involve. And at precisely sixty minutes the buzzer went off - loudly - to end the session. We have been to QI Balance Spa many times. We typically get the 40 minute foot reflexology. I always call ahead as they are typically very busy. It's always easy to get an appointment. We always leave refreshed and relaxed. Definitely recommend QI Balance Spa for a quick pick me up!

Came in with a friend on a whim and were immediately greeted and recommended the masssage + hot stones + oil package. She was initially a bit pushy about it but then let us sit and go through the options and we ultimately agreed this was the best deal. It was AMAZING, and I'm happy it was recommended! I'm a climber and do most of my work at computers so I carry a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders, and upper back - plus, as I discovered, some stiffness and soreness everywhere else, too! The treatment helped a ton and I felt so much more relaxed, which was especially great to have just before more travel. The atmosphere is nice and all the staff I interacted with were so lovely ✨

Great experience!! I walked in and got attended quickly and quickly realized I’ve been missing out. Yoshi did a great job with a deep tissue massage. I will be coming back!
