DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES. Let me start by saying, I was pleased with my color and cut. But they were never up front about pricing. My $45 haircut became an $80 haircut because there was no mention of the $35 I'd be charged for 4 foils of highlights. Being that I was pleased with the cut, I tipped $20 cash. Asked that $10 go to Kendra and $10 for the gentleman that cut my hair. I paid, and Kendra could not provide me a copy of the credit card slip. I clearly paid $80 and zeroed out the tip line since I'd just left cash for both of them. When the charge processed they had adjusted the $80 charge to $88. Glad I took a pic and can refute it. Nice shop, great haircut, too bad they weren't honest with the tip.

We have been going to this hair salon for years! Even before jose (the owner) even had his own salon. My brother needed a haircut and he was busy at the moment (reasonable) and he recommended another hair stylist who did a very poor job. We asked for Jose to fix the horrible hair cut he had received. (Since he was the one to recommend this other hairstylist) Instead of him owning up like a resposnsible owner that he supposbaly is all he could do is just argue back. An employee of his ended up being more helpful then he could ever be! This place is too over priced for the customer service that is provided by him. He is incompetent and rude. We had been coming here for more then 16 years and have brought so many customers to them. Stay away from this place. The job is sometimes decent but so

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever. Long story short the owner Jose and co owner Maria (Mary) throw the blame at each other, and lack professionalism and ethic. Mary burned my hair with the chemicals when I asked for a color. She didn't delivered on the hair color nor the hair cut I asked for. When I asked for my money back after being promised to have my hair fixed only to have it more damaged and looking green. Jose told me to meet with him and I did. When we did meet he attacked me saying I should ask my God whom ever I believed in for forgiveness for my sin of asking for my money back. He attacked me infront of another customer bad mouth about his former employees and customers to me and accused me of trying to take advantage of the hair salon. I also filed a compla

So I had blue hair and wanted platinum hair 5 days before going to get my hair done I asked the owner how much and he said he could do it for 180... cool I guess . When I get there some tall skinny guy does my hair . It was very obvious that he didnt know what he was doing but he bleached my hair and seemed to have not applied it right because there were still blue spots and my hair was a sandy color ( not platinum) so Jose still wanted to charges full price and expected me to come back and pay for anything else I wanted done to it . They damaged my hair and I didnt get the color I wanted . Payed full price but only got free shampoo for my damaged hair.

Over priced hacks, this place tries to look like it's a fancy glamour shop, and tricks you into thinking that these people know what they're doing I've been here five separate times and every time a different barber does something wrong. In most recent visit I had been cut by a razor and the maneger tried to say that it was because they were fresh razors which sounded alot like " oh I'm sorry our incompetent workers who cut hair for a living have never used a sharp razor before ". On two another ocasións the workers were ignored what I wanted and keep trying to steer me into picking what they were doing for everyone else. The only reason I keep coming back back is because it was close to home but it's not worth this constant hassle. Save yourself the trip and don't let these incompetent ja
