QD Nails and Lashes

I’ve been going here for years now & the nails are always so cute!!!!!! I love them

Love the work, hate the pricing. It is not consistent and when you point it out, they make excuses. I spent $110 and $100 on two full sets that have cost me $70 most before. Adding pics of my nails, the pricing, and my receipt. I won’t be coming back. There’s a wonderful place in Woodmoorr that does even better and is still cheaper than here. Do yourself a favor and go where they value regulars and keep pricing consistent. 1. No one got ombré and that added $20 2. 6 designs total is only $18 3. Eyebrows are listed as $10 but I was charged $12 4. Long nails are an extra $10 total for both sets if we go by their poster 4. I was charged $10 extra for my hands and feet cause I got it matte but that isn’t anywhere in the pricing. The way I see it 1. Two full sets was $100 2. Two pedis was $

I use to go to another nail salon minutes away, but I would always have either bad customer service or messed up nails within days of getting them done. I found this place on google and called immediately. A lady answered and told me to come right away. After walking into this greatly upscale salon, I was greeted at entry and someone began working on my nails immediately. Great service and customer service! I will definitely be back!

Today was my first experience a QD nails and from the time I walked in until the moment I left, I enjoyed myself. The environment was very quiet and relaxing and I love the esthetic! Kevin was my technician and he was very respectful, actually spoke in a soft tone and was informative when I asked questions. I will definitely be back to visit the team, again. #Simpleyetclassy!

0 stars ! I dont leave a review unless am terribly disappointed. The Nail tech had the most horrible attitude at 10am. She was super rude,smart mouthed and sounding as if she was doing me a favor mid service. I am a paying customer so it's not a favor. Where are your manners lady? She missed all the edges and 2 coats of simple glitter gel was just sad looking despite me poining it out 2-3 times. She also didn't cap my nails. Very unprofessional, under trained staff. She made me cashapp the money to some external number(guessing its her boo) than letting me pay at the check out terminal. Will NOT be returning.
