I came to this clinic one time many years ago I am a victim of identity theft, & I continuously get emails from this clinic, so I called to ask to be taken out of the system. I spoke to a lady named Leslie, who apparently is the office manager very unprofessional, very rude and disrespectful. She tried to placate me and tell me my health history when in fact, she had me confused with another patient , no apology and then she hung up the telephone on me. you don’t ever have to worry about me coming back to this clinic if this is how you treat people ! i definitely picked up the phone to call back & speak with her boss

I can’t thank Donna and her her amazing staff enough for all they do to take care of my daughter and myself. I’m not a fan of most doctors but Donna is someone I know I can trust💯 And if she can’t get us in I know we are still in great hands with any of her staff!

I absolutely love this clinic. I have been with them for two years and both Donna and Karen, Nurse Practitioners, are extremely thorough. I feel truly heard when I am seeking medical treatment from them and as a woman in her 60’s, I appreciate this. The office manager, Leslie, is very professional and friendly when she greets you and prepares your transition from the waiting room to the exam room. The entire medical staff is very warm and professional when interacting with their patients, a feature rarely experienced in many medical settings. I am also impressed with their vast variety of services, from medical treatment, rehydration treatment, cosmetic injections, weight loss, and more. Without hesitation, I recommend Quick Care Clinic in West Knoxville.

I've been going to Quick Care Family Practice for about 12 years now and I have no complaints!! They're all a Great group of people who does all they can to help you and take care of you.
