Q Spa Nail

Very unprofessional experience. They confirmed the service but then got upset because they couldn’t deliver the style. They raised the price three times during the appointment—starting at +$10 for a classic French, then suddenly charging +$24, which is outrageous. In the end, they couldn’t even do the French properly, so I had to leave with a plain nude color instead. To top it off, the polish started chipping after just three days.

Recently did my nails here with Tina and my toes with Yuki! Great customer service and enjoyed the paraffin spa treatment for my feet/legs. My S&S french design looks great. Would come again.

The nail artist was nice for the most part everything was great ! I did unfortunately get pretty deep cut from tough they filed my thumb and it’s been just one day and on oh my nails already chipped :/

I don’t really leave reviews but this experience was so different. Called ahead for French tip acrylic nails. The person on the phone said they only do dip powder, that was all good. $44 plus $5 for gel nail polish soak off. The nails turned out worse than I could ever imagine and the woman cut me with the nail file??? Don’t even know how that is possible. Bill turned out to be $10 more expensive somehow.

I had an unexpected reward this time. I wanted to simply do a cat-eye manicure with a single color, but the manicurist helped me create a cute pattern, which made me very happy.
