Another establishment in an African Community that does not like people of colour. African Americans, watch where you spend. If I could give this place 1/2 a star I would. Before making a general statement about Asian nail techs and shops in NYC or the USA in general, statements like: "Asian nail salons are unsanitary" "Asian nail techs and salons lack customer service" "Asian- run nail salons use sub-par materials and over price for shoddy work that does not last" "Most Asian techs are prejudiced against people of colour" OR "Asians in nail care are only nice until they get your money"... I randomly popped into this sail salon to get a simple touch up on the tips of a French manicure, which was done in another state. I’ve been coming to get my eyebrows waxed at this salon for some time now. My daughter nails was done here a couple of times. They don’t really have experience with designs. My daughter and I came to get our nails done and her nail broke the same day. We went back to the salon and they charged us to fix the nail when it should’ve been free. Especially since the worker that did our nails knew who we was. They give you an attitude and talk about you right in your face in their language. That’s rude. The prices are very high and shouldn’t be especially since your nails don’t last any longer than a week. I will not be returning to get my nails done here and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. High way robbery and poor service.

Worst pedicure in the world. She cut my nails terribly completely ruining the shape of the nails. I asked her to cut them just a bit and keep them in the same shape but guess what. She cut my nails so close to my toes that she couldn’t even shape and file them. I took their extra 5 dollar treatment to get rid of dead skin and soften the feet. TERRIBLE JOB ON THAT. They still feel rough. I can’t explain how upset this makes me. I paid 30 dollars for this shit.

I've gone there recently, everyone seems really friendly. Even after getting cursed at randomly by a passerby. I felt bad but they were able to ignore and keep it moving. They are pretty consistent in their friendliness. My MIL liked her eyebrows done by them.

I am a Broadway performer who lives in NYC and was visiting a friend in Brooklyn when I decided to get a gel manicure before I went to see family on Memorial Day. I have to start by saying that the tech. that serviced me is very talented and did a good job on my nails. However the service and other staff members are the reason I will not use this business again and can not recommend it to others. They were a bit rude. They quoted one price over the phone for the service and charged it once I got there. When I expressed my confusion with the price change they became very short .
