Q Nails

First time and last time going here I’m not sure where to start but, I will start off by saying when walking in it was only me that was there I sat there wondering how bad of a service i was in for, it gets better. I was not greeted I was asked what I needed. No smile nothing Very unwelcoming. I picked my colors I sat in my chair for a polish change in my toes in silence. Then I was asked to sit in nail chair. Also silence Until I said I like my nails a certain way and I keep trying different places and no one seems to get them the way I would lie them. She responds with well “good luck” I say back and kept quiet. Then she proceeds with color. I asked for a third coat because the bright yellow I picked was see through and needed a third coat because u can see the lines from previous coat

I will never return here again big mistake nails were misshaped and bumpy. Both people working were very rude and very unwelcoming. Place is dirty,dirty towels were used. I’m pretty sure the tools that were used were not sanitized. I will never return here again. Just an overall terrible experience.

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON! I went for a pedicure. I was the first client of the day. I should have walked out right after I walked in. The towels on the pedicure tubs looked disgusting but I decided to give it a chance. Each wash basin had a plastic lining, so I figured they threw those out after each wash and then changed the towels. "The towels must just be old." I told myself. The man who did my nails was very friendly and kept checking to make sure I was comfortable. Unfortunately, each tool he took out I could tell had been used prior on someone and was never cleaned. Even the disposable latex gloves he was wearing had nail polish on them, that was not my polish color. When it came to actually painting my nails he was not great at that either. I personally think they did a great job on my nails, I asked for acrylic nails with blue and waves and I think they did it pretty well, the man had done the shape and the lady had done the design and top coat, I also got a pedicure that the lady had done and it was extremely relaxing. Thank you.

the nail design was done terribly. although the shape is nice, it looks like the nail lady just slapped on polish and didn’t think to care how it would look. there is bumps in the acrylic nail itself and the polish is ugly and was not done professionally. she blended the colors when they were not supposed to be and was just over all sloppy with my nails. i am very unsatisfied with my visit. i attached a photo of what my nails look like and what they were supposed to look like. i think you should be able to tell which one was supposed to be done.
