I took my daughter (15) here last Friday. She has decided to spend her Christmas money on a pedicure. They asked us twice why she didn't want gel polish (it was $10 more). She chose their classic pedicure with regular polish which was $35. I was hoping she would have had a good experience. I'm not sure if it was because she was younger or because we didn't buy their highest end pedicure package. She was only in the chair for 11 minutes and barely received any service. They didn't remove the dead skin around the cuticles, no clear coat on top of the polish, they quickly scrubbed the bottoms of her feet and did a short calf massage using something out of a packet from the neighbor and cuticle oil. So so sad. My daughter and I drive from Cda to get our nails done. Been coming here for years and the reason why is because they generally do a good job, the nails last and we're happy. But today was horrible. I just want them off. They're lumpy, look absolutely terrible. My daughter's look so bad she started taking them off in the car before I took pictures. So disappointed. Be careful who you get. These photos are from a half hour after getting them done. My daughter wanted almond and got weird shaped bird beaks. She took them off immediately. What a bummer

Anna and Tina did are pedicures and we are still amazed on how the service was. It was awesome how the conversation with these two ladies was fun and light , very personable.. They definitely know what they're doing. My partners and my feet have never felt better. Thank you so much Anna and Tina!

I wish there could be zero stars. I requested multicolored French Tips but the tech looked at me confused. She then asked another tech who also looked confused. I showed her a picture and her brain still couldn't process what I thought was simple. I settled on the regular white classic (outdated) style. The lines were not clean. I had to point out areas she did not polish and she tried to cure my nails when there was a big glob of white where it shouldnt have been. Of course they talked about me in their language, not caring to not make it obvious. I proceeded to tip her $5 for something she couldn't do and I had to point out her mistakes. I still tipped her! They decided to make a public mockery of my $5 by yelling it across the shop. I had to then explain why. They made dumb promises for

This is the only place I get my nails done! I bring friends and family here too! The service is first class all the way. They are busy because the service and the product are fabulous. If you walk in, you may have to wait a few minutes but worth it every time! My nails look beautiful for every occasion and daily! They are genuinely happy to see you and really care to know you. Service like this is hard to find anywhere else!
