I stopped coming here for a reason, and unfortunately this visit confirmed it. These are my natural nails, and the gel application was uneven and poorly finished. The polish appeared old or improperly mixed — it went on thick, didn’t self-level, and looks cloudy and bumpy rather than smooth and glossy. Cuticle work was messy and the overall finish looks rushed. With fresh product and proper technique, this should have looked much better. For the price, I expect fresh gel, clean application, and attention to detail, and that wasn’t my experience. Disappointing and not up to professional standards.

So I’m generally not the type to complain but this is the second time in a row. The lady today was rude and did a crap job. Last time she started on my nails and got irritated as I was calling out that the gel fill was incredibly uneven and today it was even worse. I got these done today. They look horrible and the problem nail that prompted going back in still has NO acrylic/gel on it!! I’m very irritated. I try to be nice and give people a chance but this is really bad!

Never had such a bad manicure ever. nails weren’t even dry when they let me go by the time I got to my car my nails had smudges all over. Very uneven polish on my nails. polish was all over my fingers. Never will I go back there

Went as a bride with my bridal party. Paid for a pedicure, got my toes painted. Never did any nail/foot care. Wanted a specific style and look to my set, was told I cant have it cause I like my nails short(I've had them this way before). Asked for a black and silver design, they did white and silver cause it'll pop more. Not what I wanted at all. I cried through my services put off to the back by myself while my bff and bridal party got treated like sunshine. Will never go back.

Absolute shit. My best friend is getting married Saturday, we went in Sunday beforehand and she was given a half-assed pedicure, no lotion, no cuticle care, barely trimmed her nails. When something was said the lady was told to get lotion and massage her legs. Doesn't fix her nails! She also wanted a black and silver design, something pretty but not too much. They refused to do black and silver because it wouldn't stand out, and forced her to accept the white and silver design. Then we go to get nails and she is off by herself, not with the other 3 of us. I told the guy doing my stuff that Bestie is the bride, and he nodded, which was the end of his acknowledgement. The guy doing her nails ignored the picture, tried to do something random, and when she stopped him, he said he couldn't do
