Q Nails Plus

So i went to do get my nails done today And they are horrible.I will never go back to this place The lady was very disrespectful. I tried to explain over that the nails are not coming out right? And she told me that you'll find and they are horrible. They're crooked.They're uneven both hands So I put stop payment. I would not Recommend any of my familyor Friends to go there. They used to be really, really good and very popular and I've been hearing a lot of bad things about them, but I thought I'd give it a shot never again.

I followed Ricky here from the Riverside location, and the new salon is absolutely beautiful, calming, and very clean!! As is the previous one. I always read reviews before going to a new place so when it was time to find a new nail salon I was lucky to have Ricky since that very first visit in Riverside! I am a very loyal customer to the right technician but I have also seen the work and pictures from other nail techs here and everyone does a great job to make sure you have a satisfied visit! I always get compliments on my nails everyday so I always refer people to Q nails! I just wanted to also leave a nice review for them at this location as well! I’ve been a frequent customer of Q Nails in Riverside for about a year now since relocating to the area. When Tracy mentioned they’d be opening a new shop in Lyons, I didn’t think twice about following her. She’s so sweet, thorough, attentive, and creative. She’s the queen of shaping my nails exactly as I ask and every time, I leave her chair a continuously satisfied customer. This new location is so gorgeous, clean, and inviting. Already looking forward to my next relaxing visit!

Tracy has been my frequent nail tech and she is WONDERFUL! She takes her time and does exactly what you asking for your nails. All the other nail techs are amazing as well. The location is clean and organized. Everyone is friendly and polite. I have been extremely happy with the work Tracy has done. She is very kind and takes her time with her work. I will definitely continue going here. I highly recommend them.
