Went on a Monday for dip. The woman did gel over di. I let it go and didnt say anything as gel has lasted 2 weeks for me in the past. By Wednesday the polish was peeling off. I went back to get them fixed and the owner kept lecturing me that I should have said something and about not getting dip. I got my nails redone, and tipped the guy who did my nails - 3 times the woman maybe the owner lectured me even when I was done waiting for my daughter to pick me up. 3 TIMES lecturing me with not one apology that I had to come back 3 days later. All i could say over and over to her that regardless - Gel or dip it shouldnt have peeled off. The whole encounter has me so annoyed by her that I wont be back. Not nice at all.
First..the service was good..my tech was very polite. But the work was not great..the service i received was an overlay with black polish..very simple.. its very lumpy, filed uneven and just terrible...I did not fuss because of the time and customer service that she provided but I will not be revisiting this place.
I’ve been coming here for many years. Since they originally open around 10 years ago. They are under new management so I was afraid of coming back. The staff seem nice and did a good job on my eyebrows and nails. I do wear my nails simple (no designs)so I am easily satisfied. The male technician started my nails but he wasn’t good at shaping my nails and Kim fixed them and I was perfectly satisfied.
Would recommend a gel pedicure but not any acrylic services. Their acrylic services are terrible and rushed. I’ve never had a set this terrible. My nails burned so bad from the time she started until I went back 2 days later. The nails were way wider than my nail beds. The acrylic was lumpy and polish had lines and bubbles in it. Very poor service. I went back to get them off and she told me I was done and by the time I got home realized she left acrylic on my nails and destroyed my nail beds. My nails are paper thin now and I haven’t had acrylic in a year. Don’t recommend you go there unless for a pedicure and pedicure only
Love this place! The air does not smell like a chemical factory, and the staff is so pleasant! My technician was Kim. Kim did a fabulous job! She was so pleasant. The process was not painful but delicately handled. She is very professional! I love the color I received along with my design! I will definitely return! 💅🏾
