Q-NAILS

I have come to Q nails salon on & off for many years & every single time I go im so disappointed. From the quality of the work done, to customer service, to how dirty & gross the place is. I recently found a different nail salon & was explained how wrong it was that every other set i was given, the salon was ripping off the old acrylic nail- removing my entire nail bed with it. I would mention that it hurt when he was using the sanding tools on my cuticles instead of clipping them leaving my fingers raw, also how much it hurt to be sanding my raw nail bed & I would be ignored like he didnt know what I was saying. After just a few days the acrylic nail would bust off, break or crack. I came in a few times to get help with the broken ones & they would insist on doing a whole new set- again p

By far the worst experience ever. My mom made an appointment in the afternoon yesterday for 1025 and 1030 this morning as a Christmas eve tradition. We got there at 1020 and the guy says no your appointment was for yesterday I can't take you, mind you he was drinking his coffee. It's not the first time we've had this problem at q nails. Went across town to Fashion nails and were told 20 minutes. In a chair in less than 15. Thanks to Fashion nails our Christmas eve was saved. I swore years ago l would never go back and now I won't. I'd give negative stars if I could.

Mixed review. My niece got a set of acrylics which turned out okay though they didn't last too long before popping off on their own, the young man who did her nails was very kind and catered to the details she wanted. However, the man who did my dip set was rushed, extremely rude, smacking my hands around and was not gentle or kind at all. The finish was thick and lumpy, the color was way different from what I had chosen, but it wasn't a horrible shade so I just left it be, not wanting to have to sit through the process again. The woman at the counter was super nice and helpful answering any questions I had, but overall I would not go back or recommend do to the personal experience I had. I'm just glad my niece was happy.

This salon was recommended to me by a friend and I was impressed. I got an acrylic fill and the man did a nice job. He was quick but thorough. He did cut my skin a bit & leave polish on my skin but I somewhat expect that nowadays. I also got a pedicure and she did a great job!

I had an appointment. The nail tech sat me and asked what I wanted. I asked for long almond acrylic nails painted with a design. This was my first time being alone. It felt like the nail techs were talking about me. She knicked one of my fingers and didn't apologize- kinda ignored it. Application was OK. When asked about the design, she keep saying no... No my color choices don't go together. No she can't do a rose. No she can't do neon effect hearts. I settled for marble effect, but no black. Still it doesn't look like marbling. My thumbs look like zebra stripes and the other fingers look blobby. I don't recommend going here. I won't be back. I'm just very disappointed. I feel like I was taken advantage of and not listened to.
