Q-Nails

Went here with my friends one day and there was only 2 people working so they switched us, I showed the lady what I wanted and she was okay with it. After she got to the actual design part she was very rude about the design I wanted and was also very rude to my friends about there designs. One of them was asking very personal questions to my friend and couldn’t get the hint she didn’t want to talk about it. Ended up having multiple cuts on my cuticle and I have had the nails for 5 days and already look like they’ve been grown out a week

Amazing first experience. Hopefully it will be the first of many. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door (5 minutes before my scheduled appt). Started working on removing my dip powder and then did my nails with a new color. Loved the conversation and atmosphere. Tweety also waxed my brows. I feel like a whole new woman. I'll be back in a few weeks.

Love going there!! They both are amazing and always makes me feel better! They always do such an amazing job and it's a minute away from my house. I always go there, great prices and amazing work!!

I have no words for this place. So just look at the work that was done after a week of me working. Mind you I work at a computer so this is crazy. I've never seen nails do this.

If you want top quality nails this is the place! And they speak English very clearly! There are bad reviews on here about awful customer service. Apparently you are NOT from Ellabell or Pembroke. If you were then you would know this husband and wife team are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They are the only 2 there. If you are not willing to wait , and you just drop in wherever you can to get your nails done, this is not the place for you. They take care of each and every client that comes through that door to the best of their ability. You cannot expect them to drop everything and wait on you when you are not even a regular customer.
