Q Nails

Been going here for years. I love them and they make you feel comfortable. I love how they do your nails and make sure thats what you want. Always takes there time but also fast great service. They have new gel colors too.

I was charged 75 for a design that was crooked uneven and looked nothing like the reference photo. She offered me 15 back she should have offered a full refund. She rushed and was smacking my hand the entire time. The experience was painful as she filed my natural nail until it burned and used dirty files and grinders on me. Unhygienic

it was okay, hurt me a couple times but the lady was nice. the diamonds were a bit out of place, especially the thumb. they look a bit wonky too 😰

The location and exterior appearance is rough and looks closed. They have a sign in the window that says open but it looked very dark and gloomy. Once entering, it looked tidy but very old and dark. The wait was not long and the two techs tag teamed their clients. One starts it and the other one finishes it. I asked for dip but they suggested acrylic with gel as you don't have to do a whole new set each time when you change the color which makes since. I got tips and was done within an hour. It was a reasonable price as well. My nails hurt for 2 days afterwards as the drilling was pretty aggressive when removing my previous gel polish. But overall, the shape and finish were great! I plan to return next time I am in town and need my nails done.

Absolutely horrible service. Nails are uneven length, poorly shaped, bumpy, badly painted, and have rough spots. They rush for no reason and are extremely rough on your hands to the point some people bleed! They file your natural nails down way to much to the point it burns, they dont cut your cuticles, they use the electric file on them and it hurts! They are rude and unwelcoming people. Don't come here if you care about your nail health!
