I had a wonderful experience at Q Nails in Louisburg, KS. Tran was very kind and patient explaining the different options and helping me decide what processes were perfect for me. He gave me a manicure I love and Lexi gave me a perfect pedicure. I will definitely be a regular customer going forward!

I got a pedicure today, the woman who helped me spent a lot of time on my yucky feet. I got the best leg and foot massage ever! My design got messed up and they fixed it with no issues. Thank you!

Q nails is the best nail salon I have ever been to. They ALWAYS get me in whenever I need, and I always leave with the most beautiful nails! They have an amazing selection of colors, my favorite is their cateye choices! I get a different nail artist every time, and they always exceed my expectations! Everyone is so gentle-handed here, I could fall asleep getting my nails done. Today, Vi Hoang did my nails, and I could barely even feel her touching my hand! Everyone who works here is awesome. I've been to so many salons where they hurt me with their drill. I don't think the drill has ever made contact with my skin the entire time I've been going here. The people who work there are so funny, they always make me laugh. I will go here until the day I die!

Long story short they messed up my nails. 2 days after receiving the service two nails were broken and multiple were chipped. I called and told them the lady that run the phones told me “you come in we fix for free.” I scheduled an appointment. Off the bat she’s blaming me for my nails braking then give me a low quality service. Because they couldn’t find the original they chose a new one, instead of removing the old polish from the unbroken/ still chipped but unfixed nails she just painted over the existing paint. At the end of their service she had the audacity to try and charge me, I told her I was not paying for them to fix something that shouldn’t have broken in two days or for her painting over paint. I was “invited” to not come back as if I ever would. Well now only 1 day after
