Q Nails

This was my second time visiting, and unfortunately neither experience was a good one. The first image is what I asked for; the second is what I received, and they look nothing alike. Throughout the appointment, I repeatedly said that I didn’t feel the nails resembled the reference photo. My concerns were largely dismissed. Partway through the service, a new nail tech took over, while the previous tech stood nearby asking if I liked them. Each time I said they didn’t look like what I asked for, it didn’t seem to be taken seriously. Near the end of the process, I was told that the design I requested was “really hard to do,” which was frustrating to hear so late into the appointment. I called last minute today for a full dip set and they got me in and accommodated me. I had the pleasure of getting my nails done by I believe the owner. He was so nice and truly took his time. Made small talk with me and actually seemed to care about what we were talking about. You could tell he genuinely took pride in his work by how carefully he did everything yet it was quick at the same time! The artwork is beautiful and I love the colors he picked out it was exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much!

SO GOOD. I’ve been to Q’s 4-5 times now and they never disappoint. I’m always so happy with how my nails turn out!

If you want great nails that look NATURAL and GREAT go to Q Nails. A coworker recommended me to them after I complimented her nails and how well they hold up and look. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Vicky was amazing and I love my nails now. I used to go to 4 seasons in Des Moines, they always chipped or lasted a few weeks and my dip nails looked like my 5 year old put them on, thick, loose and looked horrible overall. I was so disappointed until I found q nails. I won’t go anywhere else now. I’m so pleased with how they turned out!
