Q NAILS

I have gotten my nails done for at least the last 20 years. I have a wonderful nail place I go to in Mesa. I was in a crunch and needed a new set. My old nails needed to be removed. (Nails that had been on for 6 weeks that were crunchy old and falling off. Neither nail tech could remove my old nails. At this point I was desperate and said fine just fill them (short length only). They did not even remove the lifting areas around the cuticals. It is the worst nail job I have ever had in my life. They should be able to pull off cute short nails. My nails look like chiclets. My husband who has no idea about nails said they look awful and that they look like press on nails. I hate my nails. I couldn’t even get cute short nails. I will never ever go back here.

I've been here a couple of times and am convinced they don't know what they are doing. Had the Chrome polish applied, I think it was the first time the technician applied it. The polish lasted all about a couple days before it started wearing off. I called to see what the guarantee was they said 3 days. I paid $50.00 for polish that lasts 3 days? Unacceptable! They should have mentioned since they knew it was my first time. I called Jackie and she agreed on a polish change for a charge of 10.00 I said I didn't want the same that I'd pay extra but prefer "french" she said fine one time $20.00 charge. That was acceptable to me, made appointment at their convenience. Said appt. Was changed 3 times. Went in guy was using dremmel to remove told him twice I didn't have acrylic nails to be gentle

I went to have acrylic nail fill and pedicure today. Jackie did my pedicure which was good. I was told when I made my appointment that I needed Mia for acrylic nail fill. As things progressed I new we had a mess! I asked if she was using acrylic powder?? I was told yes. It said right on the container "dip powder". Well for as many years as I have done my nails they are not the same powder! What a mess!! Jackie ended up trying to make the best of a bad situation! She ended grinding off what she could and then painted them. They will do until I can find someone who knows acrylic. Pedicures are OK here but if you want acrylic nails don't do it!!

For a small town there isn’t really much to do for nails, hair, and any other items on the body. However with this new one I find it really amazing. I took my sister in and it was quite good for prices. 10/10

Jackie welcomed us, treated us like royalty. It was a great girls day, prices are great! Great Staff!
