If you want a good quality, professional nail service experience spare yourself and don’t visit this nail salon. Larry did my nails from shop on 10/26. I made an appointment for a pedi and full set two weeks in advance. The day of my appointment because the staff wanted to go home early only wanted to do my pedi. My pedi was rushed even though I picked the most expensive package. My full set was rushed and this was the result of my nails after only having them on for a week. When I called about this the owner didn’t care. Best place in Roanoke to get your nails done. You show them a picture and they will make it happen! I love that they sterilize their instruments, their salon is clean, and their staff is always so nice and friendly! We have an absolute blast going here every time! They take their time to make sure you leave happy!!

Love Q nails Bonsack! Rosie is the best. I drive over 30 minutes there and will continue to do so. I wear long coffin nails and they last all month.
