Q Nails and Spa

I got my nails done here about 3 weeks ago and they still look amazing! The design is beautiful and the quality really lasts. The staff were friendly and took their time to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this salon — I’ll definitely be coming back!

everyone there is so sweet, they’re the best! i highly recommend going for either a manicure pedicure, you will not regret it. this is my set for the month, and Nhu always does an amazing job. they all do!

This place was very disappointing, lady seemed to be rushing or just not very meticulous while doing the pedicure. Giles seemed to be used so many times that the file wouldn’t file any more. The clipper was rusted and that I noticed it right when we were leaving . She didn’t even cut the nails correctly anyways please stay away from this place, I should’ve waited until I came back to Dallas. Photo provided to see the horrible job!!

I was really looking forward to getting my nails done for graduation, but unfortunately my most recent experience here was very disappointing. I’ve been to this salon several times before without issue, but this visit has made me decide not to return. The technician who did my nails was unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout the entire visit. She repeatedly repositioned my hands in a rude manner, even lightly slapping them to move them into place. At one point, she got up from her chair to come behind me and adjust my hand, only to place it in the same spot I already had it. She also sighed and huffed several times, which added to the uncomfortable atmosphere and drew unwanted attention from other customers. I’ve had my nails done at different salons and have never
