Q NAILS AND SPA

My favorite nail salon around, they never disappoint. I always see Anna or Lin, but I would trust everyone in this salon to do my nails. They do get busy, so I always book my appointment ahead of time. Staff is very friendly, professional, and talented. Try to book ahead, and sit back and enjoy!

I had an awesome experience at Q nails. Based on the reviews, I did call ahead and make an appointment. And I think that’s kind of key at this nail salon. My technician was fabulous! She did a great job and she didn’t rush… like so many salons I’ve been to before. You definitely thought they were taking their time to do the best job they could and not necessarily rushing you to get to the next customer They play nice calming music. They have nice touches like rose petals in the water that you soak your hands in. Just a really nice manicure and pedicure. I would definitely recommend this nail salon

I don’t leave reviews too often unless the experience is outstanding or horrible; based on my rating, you can see where this is going. I had an 11:30 am appointment for a classic, non gel pedicure. I was left waiting around for an hour after my appt time (mind you i showed up a few minutes before my scheduled time). The staff never once 1) warned me there would be a significant delay, and 2) never apologized for the inconvenience/ offered a beverage.. basically nothing to attempt to make this worth my wait. I understand and empathize with being short staffed, but to not keep me in the loop on how LONG I’d have to wait is messed up. Ended up leaving because i couldn’t wait around for another half hour. Do not recommend

I have been coming to Q Nails for years and I have gone through a few different managements and this is my first review. Since this new management has taken over, I have enjoyed every visit that I have made here. Everyone is very friendly and are always happy to do whatever I have asked. I like getting designs on my nails and every time I show them a picture of what I want they have never had an issue, and sometimes even making it better then the picture. I also love the pedicures. They are so relaxing and I could almost fall asleep during them. I will definitely keep coming back and I recommend them to all my friends and relatives. Keep up the great work.

Clean, super friendly, and always pleased with my manicures. Very busy shop so allow yourself plenty of time in case they are a little behind. Trust me it is worth it.
