Q Nails and Spa

I called ahead of time to book an appointment. Upon arrival, the daughter greeted me with a nice voice but a disgusted look. When I sat down I told her my dilemma, showed her the set I wanted, discussed colors, and then her mom, Holly, came to do my nails. She began to fix my nails, along with the broken one. Instead of giving me options to fix my nails she proceeded to put on a nail that didn’t match (it was xl stiletto) and when she cut it down she didn’t shape it the same when she could have. She had more length to cut down and could have shaped it. I asked her daughter to tell her to shape it so she did but when she told me to wash my hands the shape was still the same. I told her daughter that it’s not right and instead of fixing it she tells me that I can go to another place to get t

Q Nails is a wonderful place to have my manicures & pedicures done. Holly and Tracy are very kind and professional. They do an outstanding job. I always look forward to going there.

She does a very good job and is very friendly. A few times I've had nails start to tear and she's repaired them quickly and it looks fantastic! Only recommendation is to call before heading over or make an appointment. She doesn't always have availability for walk-ins.

Great personable service , quality of my nails was excellent added note here I have had tone nail fungus for more the 50 years . When the salon told me they knew how to treat it I was very very doubtful as I am a veteran and the only cure is a medicine that my doctor does like the side effects. But they told me their dad was a veteran and had no nails and they treated it and were able to reduce the fungus to almost go away . After a month of treatment every week I could see the change and after 2 months it is not believable. In addition to the weekly pedicure I had to wipe my nails with alcohol morning and night and apply Vaseline after woods and keep in between my toes dry . A little background to the staff .
