I always have a good experience with Katie and Trinee. They’ve never made me feel rushed and I think they do a pretty good job. At least them two do. My nails also last a while. I go once a month.

The last two times I’ve been here my gel manicure has only lasted two weeks. Big disappointment. What I’ve noticed if you don’t pick a high priced treatment gel treatment, good luck. salon treatment you get mediocre results. It’s the next day, not even 24 hrs later and my nails are already chipping. DONT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I took my daughter to have her nails done for her graduation ceremony. First of all, the service was really good. The girls that attended my daughter really listen and understood what she wanted and they were really kind and friendly with her. They put gel in her own nails and decorated it. The girl that painted the designs were really good as you see in the pictures. The price is really reasonable. I will definitely recommend it. It was 50$ for a fill and color change including an unsolicited expected tip I was asked for of 5$. I don’t even know where to begin but the whole experience was terrible. There were not 1 but 2 people full on sleeping in the pedicure chairs that worked there. One of them was a man, snoring loud as heck. Second, the lady doing my nails, was so rough and kept pulling my hand into her chest to where I was leaning over the table just so she could be comfortable. Then the manicurist said what I do for work is basically disgusting and he could NEVER understand why someone would want a ring like that made. I make jewelry. I'm not new to this salon, I have gone a handful of times over the past couple of years. The prices didn't seem bad for a pedicure. The last two times I went back to back & Hellen did my toes. Hellen is very kind & really gets in there with my ingrowns on my big toes which though painful, I appreciated. Recently she started cutting the top corners of my little toes too which I have NEVER had done anywhere before. I got them done yesterday & got in my car & wanted to cry because she cut one of my big toes so short it looks so ugly. I already have ugly toes so this sucks because the length doesn't even match.
