Q Nail & Spa

I'm visiting from Florida and in my search for a local (to Wycombe) salon, and one that takes walk-ins, I came across Q Nail. I walked in and was greeted immediately. I maybe waited 30 seconds after picking my color to go back for a pedi. My pedicure was relaxing and exactly what I wanted and more - hot stones and hot towels also!! After wrapping up the pedi, I decided on a quick mani also and they accommodated that request with no hesitation. Michelle was the absolute kindest technician - she does her job efficiently but she also cares about YOU as a client. If I'm in the area ever again, I will DEFINITELY be back!

AVOID - They’ll nickel-and-dime you while smiling to your face! Let me preface this by saying I’ve been to Q Nails & Spa three times before, and it was fine. Clean shop, polite staff, and the woman who trims my toenails is always lovely. But after today? Hard pass. Here’s the story: I was walking by Q Nails and thought, “Why not stop in and get my toenails cut?” Easy, right? It’s always been $10, and I leave a $3 tip. Simple math, no drama. Plus, every other nail salon in my neighborhood charges the same. So I settle in, my usual nail tech is as sweet as ever, and she even remembers our last chat. All’s well—until it’s time to pay. She asks me how much tip I’m leaving, I say $3, and then she drops this bomb: “That will be $18.” Excuse me, what? When I point out that it’s always been $10

Sue did an amazing job with my nails. She was so sweet and helped me fix them up good. I had let my previous tips get overgrown and Sue did a great job getting those off and getting them beautiful. Thank you so much! I highly recommend and will definitely be back to see Sue again.

My favorite nail place. Been loyal for many years. Best foot massages!! It’s so relaxing! they don’t rush when doing your nails, they take their time! I absolutely love it. My nails always get complimented!!!

Clean, organized, and calm nail salon. Very professional and friendly staff, especially Sue! She was very precise with the shape and design of my nails! They CARE and take the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. I would highly recommend anyone coming here!
