Technicians are not skilled and damaged my nails. They exposed my nail bed which is very painful. This place is not sanitary, towels are dirty and most employees don’t speak English. Person doing pedicure was distracted and kept looking around the room. I don’t recommend this place and will not be coming back.

I can't say enough good things about this Nail Salon! Every single visit has been an absolute pleasure. The staff here are incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to provide top-notch spa treatments that leave you feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Inconsistent work, appointments canceled last minute with no notice. The staff is very nice however it’s not enough for me to keep coming here to get my hands and feet done. There are a ton of places that have better work and customer service in the area. Also the shop and equipment need to be updated. Especially the towels used for pedicures they smell like old damp towels.

Horrible service, I had to wait for 45 min once I arrived and I had an appointment. The technicians are not skilled they filed my nails all the way even had to glue the corner in place before applying the gel. Pedicure was king of rough the lady cut my toe twice. Three people rotated to do the work and at the end it looked horrible. I will not comeback here, it was never good but now it’s really bad!!!

This place is super hit or miss. Sometimes you’ll have a good experience sometimes, just no. Today was by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had. The lady doing my toes was completely unenthusiastic about it, which like I get it, you’re touching peoples feet for a living, but you also signed up for this. It all started the moment my feet touched the water, in which I literally screamed and cursed out loud because the water was burning hot. She didn’t apologize or concerned in the slightest, barely got a word out of her, when all she did was change the temp and asked if that was better? Ma’am, you just burned my feet. The other pedicurists looked shocked and appalled, but the one actually doing my toes? Nothing. She then proceeded to remove my old gel polish with the dullest nail file I’ve
