The best color match I have ever gotten in my 3 years of wearing extensions I’m genuinely in love with my hair and it was half the price I had been paying!! The staff is so friendly and helpful, planning to shop here from now on!

The entire staff is always nice & willing to help, the owner he’s excellent I go to his other location as well & I'm treated with the same great respect and kindness.

They don't stand by the prices they put on the shelf. The shelf said $10.99 they charged me $13.99. I bought 2 of the product...that was a $6.00 difference. Then they had the nerve to tell me they go by what the computer says. That is poor buiness...I will never go there again nor will I recommend anyone to go. I gave them one star...because their door worked on my way OUT!

They helped me with all my beauty questions and the staff member i wish I could of gotten her name she was short dark hair and was wearing a black and white striped shirt she helped me and my mom find the right wigs because the one placed on the mannican head weren't the right one she never once got mad or acted bothered at all and we had to have walked back and forth about 5 or more times she even helped my sister find the best sale on braiding hair she even recommended a cute unique hair color for her thank you 😊❤️

I just left here after being accused of stealing a 1.99 lip gloss that I’ve had in my purse for a year. The staff argued that it was their product and I had stuck it in my purse. She even had another staff hold my bag to the walk out. She asked for the lip gloss to open the cap to see if it was new and IT WASNT like I previously told her. Just because the security label is on, doesn’t mean it’s stolen. I keep majority of the security labels on my makeup cause it’s so hard to come off. They so busy watching you down the isle and accusing you of stealing. I hate to come to these stores and it’s sad it’s marketed in black neighborhoods. The lady didn’t even apologize. I will not returning to this store EVER!!! I didn’t even buy the lip gloss that was IN MY PURSE from there; she so lost and
