I had the most amazing experience at this hair salon! I came in with curly hair that I had previously box-dyed and even bleached myself (which completely ruined it), and I was honestly so nervous. But Cara did my balayage and absolutely transformed my hair. She was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain what colors would actually work with my curls and the current condition of my hair. She made sure I understood the process and what was realistic, which I really appreciated.
