I had such an incredible experience at Pyrite Studio!! Not only did Gillian sit down and take the time to understand the look I was trying to achieve, she and Jamie explored options on the best way to achieve it. This look was executed without the use of bleach, opting for the thoughtful use of color. Gillian, to perfection, created my dream hair look. The studio is cozy, comfy, and every single person there was so kind and attentive. 10/10- don’t hesitate to book your first appointment with Gill :))

I highly recommend Amy. She did both my highlights and a haircut, and I absolutely love how everything turned out. The color is perfect—natural and bright without being too bold—and the cut suits me well. Amy was friendly, listened carefully to what I wanted, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! Highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone skilled and attentive.

I am very disappointed with my curly cut from Bridget. I told her I didn’t want anything above my chin as I was growing it out from a bad haircut I had received 2 years prior. I finally had it at a length where I thought it was ok to get a trim but I left with my hair shorter than it was at my last cut. Not only are the face layers above my chin but the right is 2 inches longer than the left side. I had been growing my bangs out. They were below might chin and now they are at eye level. I was very excited to be able to trust someone with my hair after years of getting botched cuts but I am devastated by the results.

My Stylist Jesse "Star"Robertson provided outstanding customer service. She listened, made suggestions and worked with me at every step of my haircut, which turned out great! The Studio is conducive to privacy and makes you feel as if You are receiving very personal service. Kelsey give a fantastic shampoo experience. I will miss David Velasco Salon, but felt very Welcomed in the new Elite Salon.
