Scam alert!!!! I booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance, then i got an email 2 hours before my appointment saying my appointment is cancelled with no reason given. I sleuthed for your contact info and messaged you - which is when you said it cancelled due to no deposit made. I told you I didn’t get the option to pay a deposit when i booked, but if you can share a link or a way to pay, I can make the payment & still make the appointment. No response from you on that. I ended up booking a new appt for another day to try to get the payment link for the deposit. That worked, I paid and let you know, no response from you anymore. It’s clear that either way, you were unprepared for my appointment and used the deposit as an excuse to cancel. Then you never cancelled the new appointment, STILL

Kai is one of the best beauticians I’ve ever been to. It’s rare to find someone who includes a wash, blow-dry, and styling all in one service, and I feel lucky to have found her. I’m always happy with how my hair turns out. She’s gentle and never heavy-handed, which is a big deal for me since I’m tender-headed—I never feel any pain when she’s working on my hair. She also offers complimentary snacks, and the bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with free sanitary napkins and tampons if needed. On top of all that, her prices are very reasonable.

Kai is so nice and accommodating! She even had snacks to offer during the service. My braids lasted for 3 months! Definitely will be going back.

Great service 🤩.Booked online and asked for boho medium braids .The owner was super nice ,made me feel comfortable ,and wasn’t there for too long . My hair felt super nice after it wasn’t too tight or anything. And the hairstyle lasted 1-2 months .

Got French curl braids and I think they’re the best I’ve ever gotten. The quality is fantastic, and the shop is very clean and nice
