Purity Nails

Terrible service!!!! Went for the first And LAST time for a pedicure! The guy appeared annoyed when I switched from gel to regular. The whole process was rushed. The soles of my feel look worse after He used a tool that did nothing. While waiting for my toes to dry, he ran up to me to ask for payment, which required me to walk to the counter with wet nails. I gave him a tip in cash..he snatched it out of my hand and walked away. I asked if he was going to say thank you..he just blinked. I will never return nor refer. Reviews are true…3.7 should have been my first warning.

i had pedicure there today and i am fully satisfied with a service provided. not only they took me with no booking on Sunday morning, but also the master was extremely skilled and professional. i asked to make me regular pedicure with no massage and instead of selling me “extras” as people usually do in such places he just nodded and did his job. fast and good. will see how long i will have this gel on my nails but so far very good. thank you

I went here today for a manicure and pedicure. I had a set on from before and asked for them to soak it off. They proceeded to tell me they could not, which is false because I have personally soaked off an old set as well as the other nail places I go. Instead, my nail tech Tony, took a un-sanitized credit card and aggressively pried off my nails. Not only was I in pain, but he tore half on my natural nail off. If I had known that a plastic card was going to be shoved under my nail without consent I would have just removed my set myself. After this, he refused me my manicure service and would not even file or put a clear coat on my nails. He charged 10 dollars for a painful experience. As I was waiting for my mom to finish her manicure, I noticed that he did not wipe off the wax that was p

Worst experience ever. I wanted acrylic but they don’t do that (the only thing that holds on my nails being a stylist) she was super dismissive and didn’t offer anything else. One lady offered gel I said I’ll try it, they dad it would stay longer, better product, blah blah blah. then they had me sit with a guy who did an awful job. Wait for the pics…. When I say awful I mean awful. The pics are two days after I got them done, the little brown dots on my fingers are scabs from the cutting my cuticles…. And I paid $100 for this awful set…. Never again!! Update: 3 days later all the nails have fallen off, I paid $110 for less then a week with their crap gel builder that they assured me was better and would stay on. NEVER AGAIN!

Very thorough, professional and pleasant. The salon is large and the air is fresh. Plus…Very, very clean and calm. I will return. This salon is a gem.
