Purity Nail Spa

I feel like it’s hit or miss, the first time I went there to try it as recommended from someone and it was good for my daughters nails then I went for myself twice I had different person each time but they were both good, today I was less impressed. Ans their pricing doesn’t make sense. I paid significantly more for my fill (almost 100) then my daughters full set, my nails are longer but not that long that it used more product and my cat eye on my nails is less then great it’s pretty patchy. I could have said something but I feel like maybe it wasn’t going to make a difference honestly. I feel like he was rushing because they need to work on their scheduling and time management

I love the Customer Service. I love how quick they are to help people and I love their nail art. I will always come back and I will always tell people where I got my nails done so they get more service.

I’ve been to Purity twice so far and had different nail techs each time. The first time I had Abby (French tip) and she took her time and did an amazing application. The second time so far, I had Hannah (blue chrome). She was very nice and made sure I got what I wanted. She gave me many options of chrome because I was unsure of what would look best. She was kind and took her time. They both were quick, but efficient. Will definitely be coming back again and will be getting a pedicure in a few weeks!

They did a great job on my nails for my wedding! They lasted my whole 2 week honeymoon too.

I visited this salon yesterday. I have high expectations based on its high rating but was disappointed with the service. Despite arriving early, my nail technician seemed unsure about the design I wanted and pushed for a different color. She took breaks during my appointment and struggled to replicate a simple design, eventually suggesting I do it myself. I left with 7 layers of gel polish and no design. My toes have already chipped. The total cost was unexpectedly high, with additional charges not listed on their menu. I paid $105.38 (only gave a five dollar tip). When I raised my concerns with the manager, who turned out to be the owner, he refused to fix the issue without extra payment, despite the poor service I received.
