I received a full acrylic set with gel polish on Saturday around noon, and the experience was unacceptable from both a quality and professionalism standpoint. The acrylics were applied completely flat, with no proper apex or structure. Within 24 hours, one nail broke off entirely and nearly took my natural nail with it. The gel polish on my thumb was not fully cured, which is both careless and potentially damaging. During the appointment, the technician informed me it was his first day doing nails. While everyone starts somewhere, clients should not be charged full price to receive what is essentially practice work, especially without clear supervision. My wife saw they were open on a Sunday, and stopped in after church. Their service was spectacular, very personable, and a great glass of Chardonnay. She loved it, highly recommend.

I’m not very good at being “girly”. Waited till the last minute to get my nails done for our wedding reception. I walked in with no appointment and a very vague idea. Kim took care of me and chatted the whole time. What a wonderful experience for me. Definitely recommend.

wish i could give negative stars. they put gel on my mom without asking her and then tried to make her sound stupid by saying she wanted shellac but my mom doesn’t even know what that means. she just asked for regular polish. i got a fill in which normally takes 45 mins max and took almost 2 hours. she kept getting too close to my skin and i kept flinching and then verbally told her that it was hurting me and she acknowledged what i said but then proceeded to continue which caused her to cut my thumb and bleed. that has never happened in the 3 years ive been getting my nails done. then i got charged $20 for black french tips when it said $10 color tips on the price paper. (she said the glitter was free that time) as soon as i got in the car my pinky broke and ive never broken a nail either
