I had the privilege of connecting with the team at Pure Wellness during a De-Stress Fest through Missouri State. Their team is so kind to come to campus and offer their services as a way to wind down at the end of long semesters. I have since established a monthly wellness massage routine with Amy, which serves as my chance to unplug and unwind for an hour. Her emotional intelligence and wellness knowledge is extensive and so helpful! 100% recommend to anyone hoping for some time for reflection and relaxation!

Amy has a heart of Gold! Not only is she an incredible human her skillset as a bodywork blesses each person she works with. My body and soul always feel so much better for days after receiving from her. I love the sense of peace and Balance that are residual post session plus my chronic pain or acute pains are addressed. Whatever I arrive with, amy creates a safe space to process and eases the pain from using my body on the daily.
