I’ve been going to Pure Wax since 2019 and I have had exceptional service at each visit! Ingrid is extremely knowledgeable about the services she provides and is always willing to educate me on how to best care for my skin after my service. She is kind, patient and accommodating which make my visits so pleasant. She is so easy to talk to, that I jokingly call her my underpaid therapist 😂. In addition to the excellent service I receive, the decor at Pure Wax is beautiful, VERY clean and the ambiance is so calming. While there has been a change in the location and check in process at Pure Wax, the outstanding customer service has remained the same. They have also added some new services that I’m hoping to try! I would absolutely recommend Pure Wax to anyone looking for an esthetician!

I’ve seen many waxers over the years, and Lauren truly stands out. I’m always happy with the results, and she is incredibly gentle, thorough, and professional throughout the service. Her knowledge and attention to detail are exceptional, and she takes the time to ensure everything is done properly. She is also very warm and accommodating, which makes the experience comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Love this place! I came here for my first ever wax about a month ago and I was soooo nervous but they were able to put me at ease and made the service as pain free as possible! I’ve now been back again and will be continuing to go here for all my waxes. The results have been incredible and the team has been amazing. Highly recommend for anyone but especially for first-timers.

The check in service is horrible. I made an appointment showed up no one greets you and you check in on an iPad. I wait 10 minutes and then they let me know there is no one available and ask me to show how I made the appointment. Then they ask me to make another appointment in front of them so they can see the process. I’m not putting my information in again for a second time especially for an appointment time I told them would not work for me. In the amount of time that I waited and was talked to I could have easily had my eyebrows done but instead I’m leaving an appointment I booked, drove to and arrived early at with nothing to show.

Taylor did a facial on me and it was amazing! The best facial I have ever had. So relaxing and she really took her time and you can tell she truly cares for her clients. 100% will recommend her to others and I will be back for more services!
