Pure Spa

The salon is clean and massages are clearly excellent, but the facials are not comparable to what you’d expect from a professional skincare salon. The staff who gave my facial didn’t understand me at all, didn’t examine my skin, and even rubbed cleanser and basically every product she applied to my face directly into my eyes. I want others to know that while massages may be great, facials should not be trusted here. I did already communicate with the staff and they said they would try to improve by speaking to the staff making sure they are more attentive next time. Just to be clear, this was not a matter of being attentive, it was like having your 12-year-old daughter give you a facial.

I am one of those folks who needs very deep tissue massage and shiatsu that gets in between vertebra. Ella is one of the few therapists who can do this with consistent pressure for an entire session. I recommend Pure Spa

I purchased a spa gift coupon for my mother that included a 90-minute massage with aromatherapy and hot stone treatment. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations: 1. The massage therapist brought up tipping before the service even began, which felt inappropriate and uncomfortable. 2. The massage quality was subpar and lacked proper technique. 3. Most concerning was that the 90-minute session was cut short by 15 minutes (only 75 minutes provided). 4. The advertised aromatherapy and hot stone treatments that were included in the coupon price were never provided. The therapist still pressed for a tip despite these service failures. This experience was especially disappointing as it was meant to be a special birthday gift. I will not recommend this spa due to the unpro
