I received a moxie laser treatment from Jaydee two weeks before Halloween and before she started I told her that I had issue recovering from the pro frac laser treatment I received the March before and that’s why I wanted to do a gentler treatment vrs doing the second profrac treatment. Despite me expressing my concern she went in too aggressively and burned multiple location of my face, my temples and the center of my face between my eyebrows. When I reached out to them weeks later she told me that she thought I was lying about how I had troubles recovering when I was in the office and didn’t believe me until I sent pictures. I was given a topical steroid and told to use it that it would help the healing. It reduced inflammation but now I have two scars one down my temple and one right in

I had a BBL and MOXI performed by Whitney and saw great results! Since this was my first laser treatment, I really appreciated how she clearly explained the process and the reasoning behind each step. In addition to improving the general complexion of my skin, it also removed a ruptured blood vessel and sunspots on my forward. I’m thrilled with the results and will definitely be coming back!
