Michelle is an awesome colorist AND stylist and did a wonderful job on my cut and my highlights. Price was reasonable too.

Have gone to Pure Platinum for many years. Have very thick, coarse hair & Michelle magically cuts & styles so it lays nicely & looks great. She is also very talented in application of color & highlights. Michelle is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

Had an appt for 3 pm,and had to wait nearly 35 min,for 2 other ppl to have eyebrows done,since there was only 1 stylist there,only reason they didnt get 5,and only 4. My cut was nice,stylist Lori was great,fun person. Styled my hair very nicely! Price was beyond reasonable!

Fantastic! The only salon I have frequented where you receive both an excellent cut & style, plus very friendly service. Very particular about haircuts, and results far exceeded higher end saloans in Chicago. I always make an appointment.

No attention to detail. My nails were lifting on the sides immediately. They weren't filed properly. One should have been replaced, when I pointed it out, he said oh I didn't see it (did not offer to fix it). I will not ever go back.
