Pure Nails Lounge

Came in for the first time yesterday for a gel manicure. First off, I know I came on a busy weekend, however, customer service should still be a priority. I got seated at one table for about 10 minutes. Then got moved to another table and waited a few minutes more. Finally, a woman came and started to prep my nails. After she was done filing and cleaning my cuticles, she told me to wait that someone else was going to come paint my nails. THAT to me was weird and a first since I was only getting a basic gel manicure. I ended up having to re-file my nails since she clearly did not file them correctly nor were they even straight. I asked for square but not sure what I got. The lady who sits in the front came and said she would be painting my nails. You can tell she was completely RUSHING thro

Today was my first experience at Pure Nails and it was amazing!! I believe my technicians name was Lilly and she did great! I would love to have her every time I go! This was the best pedicure I have ever had!! Update! 5.24.25 Just went back with coworkers and everyone enjoyed their service ! My nails look amazing again!! I will always go back

I booked a pedicure with a friend, and we both had such a great time. The chairs were comfy, and the staff made sure we were comfortable the whole time. Our nails looked perfect when we left.

The only thing I didn’t like was my nails look like I need a fill in already and it’s day 1. Because the way they blended it or put out on, doesn’t look like natural. They didn’t start far enough back on the nail. Other than that I think it was the best nail experience I’ve had in a long time. Very clean, nice people.. pedicure was great and very thorough. My nails looking like I already need a fill in does sadden me, but I’ll try again and let them know next time.

My experience here was perfect and I loved every second of it! Tammy was so sweet and nice and would love to have her again as my technician.
