I absolutely love the girls here! Ruby does the most natural looking nails. Kimmie does the best pedis. They do the best waxing too!

I always enjoy a wonderful and relaxing experience when Kim gives me a pedicure. She is very meticulous about the French manicure no chip she gives me. She is pleasant and encourages me to sit back and relax in the massage chair. When she waxed my eyebrows, she also massaged my head/neck some which I also enjoyed. I felt like she gave me a surprise client bonus. I was ready for a nap because I was so relaxed.

If I can give no stars, I would.... I went in the day before Thanksgiving in the evening. Kimmy was the one that did my no chip. She tries to push SO many services on you, it's annoying. She gave me the paraffin wax (which I did not ask for), then she gets up and starts massaging my shoulders and neck. Some people may like that, but I have a tumor on the back of my neck that hurts 100% of the time, let alone when it's touched. Very unprofessional. My no chip lasted 2 days and now I have 5 nails that have chipped off. $55.00 for garbage! This place is a rip off! I will not be back!

I have came here several times. The service is very good and the spa technicians are polite and friendly. I would love to go back again. Such wonderful service.

I would leave a zero star review if that was an option. I have been getting acrylic nails done for over 20 years. I recently moved to CP and decided to give this location a chance and it was the worst nail experience of my life. After several times where the nail tech had to apologize to me for hurting me with the file and getting glue everywhere, where her fingers were even stuck to mine. She then cut me, deep where I didn’t stop bleeding for over ten minutes. I was so frustrated at that point I wanted to leave and she said it would hurt more for her to remove the acrylics that she had just put on. Aside from the pain and the cut it’s also the worst laid set I’ve ever had. Frustration is an understatement at this point so I would caution anyone who is considering trying this location.
