Pure Nail Bar

I had to come on here to quickly rave about this place. I am new to south Philly and have tried a few places near me, but I genuinely don’t think I could ever switch up moving forward. My girl, Kimberly, is an ICON. She is quick, beyond talented, detail oriented, customer service savvy, and genuinely kind. Although I’ve built trust with her, I would not be against sitting with any of the nail artists here simply because of how thoughtful, charismatic, and professional they ALL are. Pure Nail Bar exceeds my expectations each time I go and I look forward to coming back over and over again!! Honorable mention; the prices are unbeatable in my opinion—I'm always prepared to spend more than I actually end up spending.

Obsessed with my recent nails and reasonable prices! I’ve been here a few times and they usually take walk ins/last minute appointments which is nice. However i have also noticed they take a little longer than other places to shape, file, and design so block out about 2+ hrs if you’re getting a mani and pedi.

I just got my nails done day before yesterday and my tech did a great job and I love the cat eye glow. So pretty. I would have given 5 stars but for one issue. I will say that the extra care was not taken to file away the nail underneath the acrylic so several of my nails are starting to peal away from the acrylic already after just 1 day. I’m going to call tomorrow and asked for it to be fixed (and will update after that). Just wanted to let other acrylic ladies know to ask for that to be done (especially going in to winter dry months) so that your nails aren’t peeling instantly which can be very frustrating, obviously.

Best nail salon in Philly hands down. I been coming here for years and Celina always has my nails on point! The atmosphere & equipment is always clean, comfortable and PRICING IS SO AFFORDABLE. They use natural products and my dip powder manicures (pic below) last 4+ weeks. You will not find a better salon in Philly!!
