I hate to write this review because I normally only leave reviews when they’re positive, but unfortunately my experiences here have been very disappointing. I was really excited when this nail salon opened so close to home, especially since I’ve been driving over an hour to get my nails done for the past two years. My first visit was decent — my nails weren’t perfect, but the staff was nice, I was offered a beverage, and my nails lasted about three weeks. My second visit was a completely different experience. My nails started lifting after only about a week and a half. I arrived right at opening and was the only person there, but once more customers came in, everything felt rushed. I had such a great experience at Pure Nail Bar! The space is absolutely beautiful and spotless — definitely one of the cleanest salons I’ve been to. The staff was super friendly from the moment we walked in. One thing to note: I couldn’t find clear descriptions of their specialty services online (like what’s included in a collagen pedicure), so I’ve added photos to help anyone else wondering the same. Ben did my pedicure and he was amazing. He even timed my manicure and pedicure so everything flowed perfectly — such a thoughtful touch. Vincent did my manicure and he was great as well — very detail-oriented and gentle. And the best part? They weren’t pushy at all. No upselling, no pressure, just great service. I went in today (Thursday) around 12 pm and walked in without an appointment. They were quick to attend to me, but also it was during the week in the middle of the day. The staff were very nice and offered me a beverage. I believe Kevin did my manicure with tips and dip powder, and he did a great job in a sufficient amount of time. Their pedicure chairs looked nice and had some sort of screen attachment to them, maybe for TV? Or maybe it was a remote for the chair. The pricing seemed fair for the service I got, but they did also apply a 20% discount for their grand opening. I'd definitely consider going back again to see if they're still a quality salon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been to Pure Nail Bar twice now, and both visits have been amazing. The owner has such a bubbly, upbeat personality that instantly makes the salon feel fun and welcoming, and everyone there is incredibly friendly. I’ve had a pedicure and, most recently, acrylic French tips done by Justin and it was by far the best nail salon experience I’ve ever had. The attention to detail and overall vibe of the salon are unmatched. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Pure Nail Bar to everyone!

Sooo happy they opened near my house- I was traveling 30 min away because I could not find a decent nail salon that I liked— but WOW! So cute and Daniel did my nails and Vickey did my nail art and my toes and gave the best pedicure massage!!! Im excited how cute my nails and toes turned out!
