Reply to response from owner: I asked if another facial would be available for me to get instead. Yet, they said they didn’t have equipment there to perform it. Also Nadia never asked to dissolve the filler. That is completely inaccurate. I’ve been going to Pure Med Spa for years and I loved it. However, today I went to get lip filler and the staff were not accommodating. They also decided not to give me a facial because they said they didn’t have the equipment. Which I feel like was not true. You can definitely tell that the staff wants all the commission they can get. When I said I didn’t want the expensive filler, Nadia gave all the excuses as to why the cheaper option won’t work. I’m really disappointed in the new staff that they hired.

I had Botox/filler done by Isabelle and loved my results. She’s knowledgeable, gentle, and really listened to what I wanted. The results look smooth and natural, and the whole experience was professional and comfortable. I highly recommend her and will definitely be back.

Originally went here with a laser hair removal grupon i purchased . Nancy, at Roscoe Village location, is amazing. As soon as we walk in she greets us. Has been doing a great job with my laser hair removal. I’m definitely satisfied with my results even though I still have a few more sessions to go. She already knows the time I need without asking, due to my child being at school and traffic. Always walk in and out without an issue. Highly recommend her.

Isabelle is great!! I travel to the Various Pure locations to see her. She is patient, thorough and always listens. She makes my face look natural and not over botoxed.

Had an appointment today at Pure Med and with Isabella. Love this place and Isabella was great! The staff is knowledgeable, kind, easy to book, and the place is nice and clean. So glad I found Pure Med!
