Pure Massage

Loved it so much I just bought a 5-pack contrast therapy. Pure recovery has become vital to my post workout routine. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are spacious with everything you need to relax and reset. I currently do 7.5 minutes in plunge then 7.5 minutes in sauna and repeat for a total of 30 minutes. I also love they stay open fairly late. Would highly reccomend this place for any athlete.

I used to go here alot, almost weekly after work. Some of the best hands in massages are here! Unfortunately they are too far away right now, but I am having a crave to go back!

I went here a few weeks ago and the masseuse left the room frequently, didn't give me my full hour, talked about how a $40 tip was the minimum on a $60 massage the whole time, and charged me a $3 on my card without telling me there was a fee. never coming back here

There are much better places who offer better quality massages for cheaper than here. They scam you and force you to give a 35% tip. I tried to say I only wanted to tip 20% but she wouldn’t let me leave without tipping more and tried to give me some explanation that I did not understand. It was bizarre. There was no relaxing music, very uncomfortable massage tables, no blanket or sheet over you, massage therapist didn’t listen to concerns and the pressure was very light despite me asking for deep pressure in a problem area. I paid $80 total for an hour which to me is the price of a high end spa where you get a whole relaxing experience and an amazing massage. Really bad experience. I need a simple deep tissue massage for 1 hour from my neck to my back for pain I was experiencing. I repeated myself multiple times and after showing the therapist where my pain was for almost 10 minutes thy focused on everything except for what I needed. She was very rude and argued with me that I MUST get FULL BODY even though that is not at all what I needed! Their full body massage is only $60 and their foot massage is only $50. Instead of accommodaing what I needed, she yelled at me saying NO, FULL BODY ONLY. 1 HR MASSAGE BACK AND NECK ONLY $100 FULL BODY. What?! That's almost the price of a 2hour.
