Update: The only reason im updating instead of deleting and doing another review is because of the employee who my complaint was against really shouldn't be working in that environment. The owner contacted me and scheduled me to come in to get a fill done at no cost. The lady that did my nails today was amazing. She paid attention to detail, didnt rush through and was very sweet. I decided to also get a pedicure today which I have never had a complaint with my pedicures there. All in all this was a much better experience by far. The fact that it was made right will keep my business. I had an appointment the day after valentines day. My appointment was ay 10:30am. This was me & my mom’s first time here and I had an amazing experience! Everyone is so Friendly! And the environment was so nice and clean. John did my nails and he was AMAZING, did a great job on my nails. The pricing was reasonable too! Spent around $120 for my nails & pedicure plus tip. I will most definitely be coming back here!

I gave a 3 star because the first time I came here for a pedi they did a great job. The whole experience from start to finish was smooth. I dropped two stars because my last experience was a bit chaotic and they didn't do a great job on my gel. So, my boyfriend had booked me a Spa package to surprise me. When I checked in I was very clear that my boyfriend had booked an appointment under my name and I wasn't sure what package he booked was but I gave her my full name and time slot. I am SO picky and I must say this place is great. Mia is so sweet and talented! She always listens to what I like — even when it’s the tiniest thing. She is so patient with me and her work is literally perfect. Thank you, Mia!

today i came in and had the BEST service i have ever had while getting my acrylics done. Everyone was so kind and gentle and patient and i got the exact design i asked for and the lady in the 3 tone pink sweater who did it (i should have asked her name ) she was soo beyond sweet and gentle with my nails. i don’t think i could have asked for better service! truly amazing service and will be back next month! also such a beautiful place to be, the owner went all out and it is stunning !!
