Patti greeted me and showed me around with a very sweet and calming demeanor. Audrey did my facial and it was excellent! She showed me the products she used and I purchased them. She wrote down how and when to use them! Tina did a fabulous job on my Mani-Pedi! And it’s always good to see Linda, I am her client but she was booked up, so Amelia fit me in last minute the night before at 8:50 pm, I told her I was desperate! LOL! Overall a wonderful spa day! I had such a great experience with Carly! She started with a thorough consultation to really understand what I was looking for, and we set the appointment afterward so she could plan the perfect approach. I wanted gray blending, and she took the time to explain the process and what to expect before we started. Her communication was excellent, pricing was very reasonable, and she made sure everything matched the look I wanted. I’m so happy with how my color turned out — the gray blending looks soft and natural! I highly recommend Carly if you’re looking for someone who listens, explains everything clearly, and truly cares about her clients.

I had a spa appointment on 01/24/26 for a full set manicure and a pedicure. This is the first time in over a year I was able to get out and do something for myself so I was very excited to try pure bliss but it was everything but that. I arrived at my appointment to be told that they can only do the pedicure and I should have recieved a telephone call explaining this to me but I did not. I only received a voicemail asking what type of manicure I wanted and verifying my pedicure. I was told the tech had an emergency so I was very understanding and accepted just the pedicure. The nail tech I had was very sweet and did a good job but as I finished the pedicure I was told that the nail dryer was broken.....so in -14° weather in an un-plowed parking lot in their flimsy flip flops I had to wal

My daughter is 9 and has extremely thick hair—enough for four or five people comfortably, lol. She’s very tender-headed, and her hair was almost down to her butt. Unfortunately, the ends were dry and split, and I didn’t realize for a few days that the underneath layers had become badly matted and tangled. I honestly thought it would be impossible to fix without cutting most of it off. A coworker, Steph, recommended this salon, and I am so grateful she did. The stylist spent over an hour gently and patiently detangling my daughter’s hair. She was compassionate, kind, and never made my child feel uncomfortable or like an inconvenience. I went and had my hair done by Keith, I left IN LOVE with my hair. He is amazing, the person everyone needs to go see! And the salon is very nice and clean. I felt very comfortable there, and Keith was a big part of why it was such a good experience!
