Pure Beauty & Wellness- A Luxury Medical Spa

I started going to Pure in December and was treated by Carrie for hyperhydrosis and I can’t begin to explain how much it’s changed my life. I also received dysport in a few facial areas and a 1/2 syringe of filler in my lips for hydration. My results were everything I wanted. Carrie is truly so knowledgeable and makes every appointment as comfortable and easy as possible. In January I started seeing Maryana for monthly custom facials and she is just as talented in her field. Her facial plan & product recommendations have brightened my face in just a few short months. As an added bonus, she emails over your treatment plan after visit to really provide extended knowledge about what you did and what at home care should look like — Which I’ve never had an aesthetician do before. Truly cannot

I promise you won't find a better beauty med spa then this one! Carrie is AMAZING. And Jackie is the sweetest. I've been to a couple med spas in the past and they were nothing to write about. So this review holds weight! Carrie is probably the most qualified and skilled professional I've ever met! My last couple visits were more than pleasant. She was bubbly and professional and knows her stuff! If I could give 10 stars I would. Can't wait to book my next self care appointment. Try this place! U won't regret it!

I came to this establishment with a vascular occlusion in my lower lip brought on by a new and inexperienced clinician from a different med spa. I called to book an appointment with Pure Beauty thinking I would be seen in a few days. Nope! Jackie, the receptionist, took my call and immediately put me on hold to speak to the owner and they took me in right away. Jackie was so warm and patient on the phone, she explained everything and put me at ease. Both stayed late to treat me and I am so very grateful for their caring nature. Carrie, the owner, wow! She is very informational and her expertise is far beyond any other place I’ve ever received treatment. My friend referred me here and I haven’t looked back. I seriously love this place. The staff is amazing and Carrie is phenomenal. She’s a wealth of knowledge and always explains things in a way that actually makes sense. What I appreciate most is that nothing is ever pushed on me. Carrie let me start with the smallest treatments and only try more when I felt ready. It made everything feel comfortable and personal instead of overwhelming. I always leave feeling fresh, confident, and taken care of. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I paid $250 for a laser treatment for a cherry angioma after being told it was a good candidate for treatment at this clinic. Unfortunately, the treatment did not produce any visible improvement. Immediately after the session, the provider said the spot “didn’t turn white.” I had previously tried other lasers for this area and shared that history, but the clinic expressed confidence it could be treated. A complimentary re-treatment was offered, but I chose to pursue care elsewhere. I requested a refund, which was declined. After my initial visit, I was invited to leave a review, so I’m sharing my honest experience for transparency.
