Public Parking

This is a very convenient spot. Close to Beach and only $10 bucks for the whole day! The friendly attendant even let us go in and out to pick up a friend without paying again. We stayed pretty late and unlike most city/state run parking lots they didn’t close at sunset. The guy told us he stays open until 2 am! They take credit cards too. I always try to find good parking lots to return to and this is added to my list.

Shady business. Parked here for the Surf City Marathon. It's supposed to be $15, but they added an outrageous $4.35 credit card payment fee. They don't tell you when you pull into the parking lot and pay, I only found out later. There's a tiny sign about this fee on the side of the entrance buried between other signs. Almost impossible to see when you get there in the dark at 5:30am.

This is not always a public parking because when I went there, they said that it was reserved parking for a private party and not a public parking. False advertisement.

Wasn't too busy during the week, nice sunny day a bit on the windy side but overall a nice day. Parking near Tower 15 was mostly RV's spending the day at the beach.

Super friendly and efficient staff! They are Uber and taxi friendly super cheap at 10 dollars all day and available re entry (if there is room).
