Public Parking at The Shoppes at West Avenue

DONT PARK OR CHARGE HERE! No matter if you pay or not, you will receive a $90 ticket in the mail and they won’t allow you to dispute it. I have paid for many hours and still received multiple tickets in the mail. This garage is a scam!

Please be advised not to park in this area. Although the sign advertises two hours for $10, the actual charge upon payment is $15, plus additional fees, resulting in a total of $17 for just two hours. This practice is misleading and constitutes a significant overcharge. It is recommended to avoid parking here if possible.

DON'T PARK HERE!!! Horrible garage that almost seems like a fraud. The QRC code didn't work properly, but I finally seemed to make a payment on the site. Then two weeks later I received a $90 ticket! There is no payment terminal, no one to contact or even a number to call!!

Terrible parking garage. The QR code doesn’t work to pay half the time. They send you a $90 ticket if you don’t pay. Additionally they lock the doors to the stairs from the outsides so you have to walk the entire parking garage to get back to your car.

Parked here while I was in town for work for a month. It was well lit, clean and very convenient to my work location. Also loved that there were food options in the retail space below.
