Let me start by saying I REALLY thought about writing this review. Lily has been the one doing my nails and she is great at her craft, she's fast! Unfortunately I've had to wait over 30 minutes sometimes 40 minutes to be seen with an appointment. I've tried making appointment 2 weeks ahead in hopes it would solve the issue of having to wait so long. I am an understanding person and know there are very hectic days but it has become a bad habit in my opinion. Every single nail tech makes their clients waits 30-40 minutes unfortunately. One time I waited around 30ish minutes and had to pause my set because she had another client scheduled during my appointment. I was in shock when she asked me to wait because she needed to do her other client first. I'm a paying customer too. I think most cli

They are the best! I have been coming here for almost 10 years since high school! They do it all—designs, acrylic, tap gel, threading ect. Hebe, lily and banana are the best 😁💟💟

I had been having a hard time finding a nail shop that was consistently good. I have gone here for several months. Usually, I call and make an appointment. I’ve had 4 different nail techs do my manicures and acrylics and each time they were great and the gel lasted at least 14 days. Their pedicures were great too. I like that anyone can do my nails and do a great job. I definitely recommend this place. Their prices are great too.

I do not recommend. The ladies here can be nice but the quality is often off. This is my nails after just a week. I noticed the color coming off the next day after my nail broke. The kind of work I do doesn’t give me a lot of time when the shop is open so I waited a week. By then 3 nails broken. When I came in for a fix, Hibe said she didn’t have a time since she was booked back to back. The way she did that though was super dismissive. No concern for the quality of work she did. She just said, come day two and we will fix it.

When in with high expectations because I saw the reviews. Once I entered, I wasn’t acknowledged until I asked how much for an acrylic removal to the lady in the front. The lady that was going to remove my acrylic. Once she told me she was going to help me out as she was talking to me. She was also talking to the lady next to me and started talking more to the lady next to me. I don’t know I just thought that was disrespectful and removing my acrylic sheet is hurting me. Not only that she made me bleed, and she didn’t even take most of the acrylic. And not everything looks sanitary as well. I hope I don’t get an infection. She also left my nails very thin. I don’t recommend this place.
