Maha Taylor is exceptionally gifted at their craft. I experienced the psychosomatic coaching to be helpful and insightful, leading to greater personal awareness for my emotional/physical health. The psychosomatic massage services aid in relaxation, better connectedness to physical needs, and healing. It is rare to find a provider so gifted and generous in compassion/time/sharing of knowledge. Maha embodies this practice as a sacred vocation. I highly recommend for greater self awareness, healing and health.

Maha is an excellent massage therapist and psychosomatic practitioner. Every time my nervous system feels unsettled, I schedule an appointment and feel so much safer in my body; it has been vital in my healing journey. I’ve been working with Maha for the past three years. I was nervous about this experience because I knew it was more than just a “massage”. All of my worries were immediately gone as soon as we met. These sessions have been more than just eye opening for me, it has taught me how to regulate myself outside of this time. Maha and this overall experience has shown me that my body is a gift and that my body is worthy. As someone with a disability who has limited movement, physical touch during these sessions are important to me. My body feels relaxed and released after my time with them.
