I am sorry to say, that I did not have a good experience. I rated it a two because the shop is very nice and very accessible for my wheelchair. I had concerns before I left the shop that my greys were not covered; when I got there that’s the first thing I addressed. I made it a point that I wanted those covered more than anything else. When I got out to my car and looked at my hair, it was as if nothing had been done at all. I spoke to the stylist who had assured me while there that if I didn’t like it she would fix it. She said she was sorry I was unhappy with my hair and to come back in, but I would have to pay 30-50$ or more for it to be fixed. She said she wouldn’t charge me for her time. This is not ok, I’m sorry. At any other salon when there has been a mistake, it was fixed

Paula was wonderful. She got me in without an appointment at the last minute for a cut. She is the first person who actually cut my hair and I was 100 percent happy with it. I usually can't find anyone who can cut it exactly like I want,so I usually just do it myself and I'm cheap ..lol also that way if I mess up it's free and only me to blame. But I need to see her again because I've been chopping at it and I need her to fix it.

I was recommended by a friend..I saw Paula who is wonderful!! She took my damaged hair from previous stylists and brought it back to life.. it's soft and shines again.. she is my go to from now on
